Cruise Details

Dionysos’ cruise starting point is Agia Kyriaki beach with “Veronica”, a 33 feet vintage sailing yacht made in one of the world’s top shipyards in Denmark for sailing. Departure is at 10:00 while a team member will be waiting for you since 09:30 to bring you on board (*)

When everyone is on board our crew will introduce themselves and a safety presentation will take place while you enjoy your welcome drink. After that we sail towards Paliochori and a morning swim with brunch will take place at Thiorichia for 45 minutes. Thiorichia [=meaning Sulphur mines in Greek], is definitely a special attraction because it’s an abandoned Sulphur mine where you can still see how it looked like when it was still operating since several wagons and spare parts are still on spot. The contrast between the turquoise water and the red-yellow-brown rocks create a splendid scenery view.

Then we sail for 45 minutes towards Polyaigos and Galazia nera [=meaning Blue water in Greek], a marvelous beach with spectacular clear blue water as the name defines by itself. During that 30 minutes stop a unique fruit salad is served on board.

Then by sailing coast to coast we reach one of our favorite anchorages at Manolonisi. Here we make a stop for 1 hour to enjoy the water and our lunch. When ready we haul anchor and start sailing again towards Milos. On our way back we pass next to the small island of Agios Georgios and we continue sailing coast to coast next to Voudia, Kastanas, Tria Pigadia and we keep on this route until we reach Agia Kyriaki for debarkation.
